I finally decided to allow Cecil to beable to at least turn into a human. He was born with the disability to turn into any creature, just like all Devil's and Angel's are able to. So, I thought to myself, why not at least give him a human form to look sexier? Then BAM! This good looking human form of Cecil came to mind! 8D YES I DID do this ALL on my tablet.
